1. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel services by written notice.
  • If cancellation occurs before project initiation, a full refund (minus processing fees) may be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, refunds are subject to the stage of completion.

2. Refunds

  • Due to the digital nature of our services, completed or delivered work is non-refundable.
  • Refunds may only be issued if Vanar Vision fails to deliver the agreed services as per contract.

3. No Refund Cases

  • Delays or results caused by client non-cooperation (e.g., missing approvals, late inputs).
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective creative choices after agreed revisions.

4. Guarantee Exception

Our 90-Day Results Guarantee is separate from our standard refund rules. It only applies to growth outcomes, and only if the client follows the conditions outlined in our service packages (such as posting schedule and guidance).
